The maximum capacity of the Screen Room is 30 people. The Screen Room is for Bayshore Gardens Park and Recreation District residents only. Non-Residents can rent the screen room in conjunction with the recreation hall. Below is the pricing breakdown for both residents and non-residents of Bayshore Gardens Park and Recreation District.

Resident Rates - (Tables and Chairs are Included)

$20.00 - Refundable Security Deposit

$25.00 + Tax - For the Day

Non-Resident Rates - (Tables and Chairs are Included) **ONLY IN CONJUSTION WITH HALL**

$40.00 - Refundable Security Deposit

$50.00 + Tax - For the Day

If you have any questions or need to verify if a specific date is available to reserve, please contact the District Office; Monday-Friday from 8am to 4pm at 941-755-1912 or view the event calendar on the website to verify availability in the screen room. The event calendar is located under the "residents" tab. When looking at the calendar "Screen Room - Private Party" means the screen room is already reserved for that day.

Date may be reserved upon receipt of your security deposit and signed contract.

**For resident rates a valid photo I.D. with a Bayshore Gardens Park & Recreation District address on it is required. If the I.D. does not reflect a District address, a current lease or deed must also be provided - No Exceptions
