The maximum capacity of our Hall is 224 people. Below is the pricing breakdown for both residents and non-residents of Bayshore Gardens Park and Recreation District.

Resident Rates - (Tables and Chairs are Included)
$250.00 - Refundable Security Deposit
$400.00 + Tax - Rate is for 6 Consecutive Hours
$25.00 + Tax - For Each Additional Hour (a total of 11 hours can be reserved from 12pm to 11pm)
*all reserved rental time includes decorating and cleaning up.

Non-Resident Rates - (Tables and Chairs are Included)
$500.00 - Refundable Security Deposit
$850.00 + Tax - Rate is for 6 Consecutive Hours
$40.00 + Tax - For Each Additional Hour (a total of 11 hours can be reserved from 12pm to 11pm)
*all reserved rental time includes decorating and cleaning up.

We also require you to have liability insurance for the day of your event.

If you have any questions or need to verify if a specific date is available to reserve, please contact the District Office; Monday-Friday from 8am to 4pm at 941-755-1912 or view the event calendar on the website to verify availability in the hall. The event calendar is located under the "residents" tab. When looking at the calendar "Hall - Private Party" means the hall is already reserved for that day. Date may be reserved upon receipt of your security deposit and signed contract.

**For resident rates a valid photo I.D. with a Bayshore Gardens Park & Recreation District address on it is required. If the I.D. does not reflect a District address, a current lease or deed must also be provided - No Exceptions
